Guinness World Record Skinny Dip Saturday, July 10th, Noon Albuquerque, NM Last year we had 61 in attendance adding to the national total of 13,674 people in North America simultaneously skinny dipping. Will you help us break that record this year? Impress your friends! Tell them you are in the Guinness Book of World Records! We'd love for you to join us for this special event. For directions and additional information, please email yvonne125@earthlink.net. Please include your name, phone number, the best time to reach you, and what direction you are coming from, so that we can provide you with the best directions. If you have additional questions, please ask for a call back. We'd appreciate it if you would not call us for this event, as we are not set up to handle hundreds of calls. Don't be late. We need to get everyone checked in and in the pool. The official count will be at exactly 1 pm. For this event, it is required that we have a notary public counting the people in the pool. It is also required that we take a picture, which is generally not allowed at nudist events and clubs. However, we will let you know before we take any photo. Those who don't wish to be recognized can face away from the camera. We can count the back of your head just as easily as the front. And, the photo is taken from a distance so that it would be difficult to identify anyone anyway. Nevertheless, we always respect the privacy of our members and guests. No photos will be allowed other than that of our official photographer. Other than that, the party will be a potluck, as usual, so please bring a little something to share. Please do not bring enough to feed 60 people. If everyone brings a little, there will be plenty for all. I have quite a few chairs (about 30), but since this will be such a large party, it is suggested that you bring a chair to guarantee yourself a seat. They'll be music, games and fun for all. Joining us for the first time? Here's a quick rundown of what to expect. When you come in, you'll sign in and pay your $5 door fee. You will be given a list of our rules to read and sign. You only need to do this once, not at every party. We'll give you a wristband with your name on it. This serves two purposes. First, so we know you've paid and secondly, so people can see your name and introduce themselves to you. Any potluck items go on the kitchen table. Then, follow the signs down the hall to the (un)dressing room. You can leave your clothes in there. Please leave your valuables at home or in your car, as we cannot be responsible for items left unattended. If you're a little nervous at first, that's completely normal. Just wrap your towel around you and come out and jump in the pool. You'll feel covered by the water and this will give you time to adjust to your new and naked surroundings. For most people, 10 minutes is all it takes to feel at ease. As with any group of strangers, you'll have more fun if you introduce yourself to others, join in conversations and games. Remember, the person next to you with a green wristband may be just as new as you are. Our members are friendly and will do their best to make you feel welcome. They were all nervous first-timers once too, so they understand.
who we are
Roadrunner Naturists is an active group of nudists based in northern New Mexico, with most events held in the Albuquerque area. The average age of our members is 40's to 60's, but ages range from diapers to wrinkles. Some of us are single and some married. Some have school-age children, who accompany us on our outings, and some of our children are grown but still come along when they can. We are bound together by friendship, love of the outdoors, and a common belief that there is nothing shameful about the human body. Our custom is nude when possible and appropriate, clothed when practical. If we are cold or sunburned, we dress accordingly.

what do we do
In good weather we enjoy backyard swimming and hot tub parties, potlucks, camping, soaking in hot springs, holiday parties and more. Sometimes we visit nudist resorts in neighboring states. We try to schedule a major event once a year, such as a nude houseboat trip on Lake Powell or a week on a Caribbean island. In the wintertime we have hot tub parties, games nights, holiday parties, etc. We usually have 2-3 events scheduled every month and we have a great time!

about our organization
We are a clothing-optional non-landed, or travel, club. That is, we have no permanent facilities of our own. We are affiliated with the American Association for Nude Recreation (AANR), and its western U.S. regional association, AANR -West. We offer, optionally, association with The Naturist Society. We are one of several nudist/naturist groups in New Mexico and often enjoy joint events with the other groups. Roadrunner Naturists are incorporated in New Mexico as a non-profit organization.
